Stuttering When Using Higher Playback Speed (Android TV Beta on Chromecast 4k with Google TV) #1572

Describe the bug
This issue was not present on previous stable version 1.6.12, it's only started in the new 1.6.14 beta. When watching content at higher playback speeds, there seems to be some stuttering that happens every few minutes and it's quite distracting. I have tried all combinations of hardware-accelerated decoding and tunneled playback to no avail. Not sure if there's some other setting causing this.
To Reproduce
- Go to any movie or episode of a tv show.
- Change playback speed to something like 1.80
- Continue watching until stuttering occurs
- Stuttering occurs every few minutes
Expected behavior
It should play smooth just as it did in 1.6.12, not sure if it's a problem with the new exoplayer update or stremio itself.
