Ul Issue in RTL Layout Direction #1568

Describe the bug
I have noticed an issue in the player interface when using RTL layout direction (Right-To-Left languages like Arabic).
The playback control buttons (forward, rewind) and the video progress bar appear reversed, which makes the navigation confusing and not user-friendly.
To Reproduce
1- Change the language to Arabic or set the option RTL From the developer options
2- Open the built-in video player interface.
3-Interact with the interface and try pressing buttons and scrolling the progress bar.
Expected behavior
Interface more compatible with RTL mode
