Question : Convert DVB/Mpeg.ts stream to HLS (for iOS/Safari)

With these Node Red nodes, is it possible to convert a DVB/Mpeg.ts (live TV stream) to a HLS compatible format for the stream to play within the Safari browser on iOS devices ?
