getDevice() return device's name do not show correctly: "Microsoft ����ӳ���� - Input"

portAudio.getDevices() return as follow:

Chinese charicter show correctly with host API "Windows WASAPI" and "Windows WDM-KS", but not with "MME".
please help, thanks a lot!

if the encoding is not UTF8, convert to UTF8.
