[Feature Request]: Consider replacing typesafe-i18n

Description

Given the sad passing of the libraries creator awhile back it's time to consider replacing the solution with something that is being maintained.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally should be easy to manage the translations like currently if not better, and work well with the features for easy language switching.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Leaving as is which can be problematic long term with dependency upgrades including NPM/Node.

One library for consideration is https://inlang.com/m/gerre34r/library-inlang-paraglideJs/sveltekit which has both SvelteKit support (though this seems to be sveltekit only not svelte standalone) and Vanilla JS/TS.

Removing this from the v5 milestone as this will be another major change and I want the dust to settle on the svelte 5 upgrade first.
