Invitation flow

I don't understand the invitation flow.

1. I got an email from my team to join Thunderdome.
2. I clicked the link
3. And here is the problem: I got a login screen.

What?

I thought I would see a screen to enter a password and create an account.

What have I done?

1. I tried to put email and (new password), but it didn't work.
2. I clicked "remember the password" and tried to reset the password, but it also didn't work.
3. I clicked "create new account," and it worked.

But I totally don't understand this flow, and all members of my team had struggled to understand how to join the app after the invitation link.

The team invite flow supports existing and new accounts that's why you're presented with a login page to login (or create an account).

I'm open to suggestions on how to improve the messaging/flow.

OK, but I haven't got an account earlier. I assumed I would jump into the Create Account flow or just enter a password, as email is already known.

I can understand the confusion, I'll think about possible enhancements to the flow.
