Wiki is Missing or Link Address is Broken

I was trying to look up how to refuel a Nuclear Waste Tank and how to get Nuclear Waste Rods. but the unofficial Wiki's like FTBWiki appear to be insanely outdated,
so I went here and tried looking for one,
there does exist a link to it

but it either doesn't work or the Wiki has disappeared for some reason
