Support Multiple Downloads of the same Repo - Supporting Change over time Analysis
Provide the ability to "Name" a download group so when you download issue info you can compare various downloads.
This is typically used for various Date comparisons. But it would depend on the use case of project.
In some cases a weekly download or daily download me be done. But they also be be a Monthly or special reporting period that is project specific for a PM or some other "reporter" role.
Allow the user to provide a name for the download when they are starting the download.
