Xdrip+ and missed alarm problem

Hello. We have problem with xdrip+ and nsclient. Xdrip+ dont alarm missed readings. It might be hours about no any readings on xdrip+, but when i click on nsclient app and open it, then all readings comes to xdrip+. So i think the problem is on ns client. Nsclient shows too that no readings in hours but when after few seconds it gets all missed.
