extended selection for playbar icons

Most playback-menue items can be selected for display as playbar icons
The config-page has been integrated as a modal window - access by new menue-item in moOde main-menue

youtubeDL - cosmetics & update

• Cosmetic changes

• Added option "append to current playlist" "insert after current playlist position" for Youtube-playlist
  (this is working, but it has no further fileinfo in moode)

needs more investigation - has been working before
The click event does not fire on the two new buttons 'random', 'single'
Maybe because they are loaded after the event declartion
Workaround: new event for those two
