Stellar.exe stopped working

Hello everyone.
I could only use this program one time.

Now, it just throws an ".exe Stopped working" error. I'm running on Win10 x64.
I'm trying to update my RA x64 with buildbot, nightly builds (tried retroarch, RA+cores, just plain cores and New cores. Nothing seems to work and the program collapses when it's extracting the zip).
