New feature! API Conditional reminders!

With this new feature you can make API GET/POST requests, and create conditions based on the result of that request!

For example, in this screenshot I created a reminder that pops up when the price of Bitcoin is at $30,000 or below. This uses the coingecko API as shown in the "URL" textbox. The condition is evaluated every 5 minutes, this can be changed by changing the number
