LC0091 - Missing Translation in Workspace #1133
Description
I've noticed the following behaviour where i'm unsure if this is intentional, or if it is some sort of configuration error on my end:
If i open an AL project as a single folder, then the LC0091 rule behaves as expected, i only get diagnostics for the language that exists as a translation file (no language/country/region settings exist in either the app.json or the appsourcecop.json files).
If i open the same AL project in a workspace, together with a second app that also does not have specific settings in either .json file, then i suddenly get a lot of diagnostics saying an en-US translation is missing. I'm not sure what changes here, it seems in this case the rule expects an en-US translation as some sort of base setting?
