Document Navigation Exception

Describe the bug
When browsing Doc URL, scrolling will cause small chapters to automatically jump, and the document cannot be browsed normally

Hi @GodExious , I was trying to reproduce this on my machine but not really seeing the issue you describe here. Do you mind sending a screen recording for this so that I can understand the problem a little more?

Sorry, there might have been an issue with my computer or browser, and now there is no problem.

The issue is that when I scroll to a new chapter section, the browser address bar automatically appends the location hash (#) mark, and then my browser triggers a navigation event, causing the webpage to reload, which prevents me from reading the document normally.

I have tried reading the document in incognito mode to isolate the browser environment, and I found that the previous bug did not occur.
