The action_primitives examples execution failed

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I want to build an agent on the top of action_primitives, but I found the the three examples always fail, is this ompl's problems, or the implenmention's issue? (I've tried the default sampling paramters..)
I still didnot try og-develop branch, which adopt curobo library as planner. Anybody try it?

@lanseyege please try og-develop and reinstall the conda environment (we have upgraded to isaac 4.5, which has a ton of incompatibility with the previous environment; it's probably easier to do a clean install). It should work much more reliably on the develop branch.
