Setting KVP from a Workflow

Is this possible?

I have tried doing this using an action of core.local to run the st2 key set command, but its failing with an unauthorized error.

Is there an RBAC i need to configure to allow this? I'm fairly new to Stackstorm but from what I've read, Workflow's dont have a 'user' they are running under?

Looks like I can get around this for now by specifying a TOKEN along with the st2 key command.
