jira pack, need help with setup

Hi, I am looking for some help or guidance. I am having some problem setting up the jira pack with my stackstorm. Both sensors(jira.JIRASensorForAPIv2 and jira.JIRASensor) are throwing a SSL errors by line 61.

I extracted and tested the portion of the JIRA connection code to a test python script, it worked without SSL errors.
