Versions and artifacts on controlnet blur results

Hello, I've used your checkpoint from both github and hugging face repositories and got this kind of result full of artifacts. I've used settings provided on your page for your and my own examples and encountered this problem for all possible settings (cfg, control_strength, samplers, prompt, types, etc.).

I guess, versions of dependencies used may be the problem, so could you please clarify all the versions of requirements I need to install, or provide maybe another solution for my problem.
