Install Fail?

Hi, I'm using Windows 10.
Downloaded the zippy to a folder on an external NVME drive. Reading the readme, says to put the windows-install bat somewhere, other than program files. OK, did that in the same folder, it gave an error saying something was already there. OK, created a new folder outside that one, it seemed to be working but 2 issues:

1. I saw it was sucking up my precious C: drive space? I really, really don't want to install on C:, I don't have the room for it. That's why I was trying to install on the external drive.
2. It failed anyway, with the following code stuff:

And then just vanished. So I've lost a few gigs of C drive and nothing to show for it?

Never mind, I found if I try to actually launch the app, not install it, it then runs the installer. I was trying to run the installer from the folder and it kept saying it was already installed in that folder.
