Move inspector to new folder #3

With the intention of increasing the development flow I think it is a very good idea to move the inspector as if it were another crate within the same project and as part of the workspace only with the intention of increasing the compile time and avoid recompiling the whole editor with modifying the game (things that should be separate) it only has to be integrated in the case that the inspect feature is active, this to separate the development flow from the result in release. This is something relatively simple
