Add-ons requiring Firefox strict_min_version=115.0 fail to install on Firefox 115 ESR

Hi,

I first faced an issue when installing latest CheckMyHTTPS extension version 5.7.2
Developer replied saying he could not reproduce the issue (checkmyhttps/checkmyhttps#90)

After some investigation it appears that whatever extension (I've tried several) that requires in its manifest.json file, strict_min_version": "115.0" refuses to install on Firefox 115 ESR, whilst others (of course if requirement inferior to 115.0) install correctly.

If this is not the right place to report the issue, thanks to inform me of where it should be.
