Entering location via teleport hide all chars

If I enter new location via teleport, I cant see most of the chars, sometimes non of them.
To fix it, I need to do .resend.

edit: even tho if i walk to the other part of town, where my screen wasnt yet, I still cant see anything and needs to .resend. Its like chars are loading only once and on your screen, everything thats outside is just not there.
