CAN_O_NOSLEEP - not working again

the bug is back
items with CAN=CAN_O_NOSLEEP and inside the sleeping sector, are not triggering @Timer and go to sleep.

Would a temporary solution be to wake all the sectors after booting? The problem only occurs when you boot the sphere.

edit: or maybe all the items that I need to be wake, I wake up after boot?

Can confirm, waking up all needed items after sphere boot fixes the problem temporarily. So I guess the issue is really that after the boot, sphere ignores items with can_o_nosleep flag and just make all sectors and items in it to sleep.

I think it also applies to the char spawns, which been exception directly in sphere. Now they fall to sleep too. WIll check more deeply.

yep confirmed, the sleeping is completely broken after the sphere reboot.
