Add Code of Conduct #10
Description
As discussed in the Slack #general channel!
We have two options:
- Fork The Hack Code of Conduct (which seems to be a Ruby on Rails app) and customize it
- Write up one using excellent diversity-based Codes of Conduct out there (e.g. Ashe Dryden's Code of Conduct/Anti-Harassment Post or MHacks Code of Conduct (url TBD)
