[Feature Request] Bulk update of Local Install SpecialK DLL's

At present it is possible to individually update Local Injection DLL's from the game list. However, when you have a long list of games, it is tedious to recall which games have local installs vs. Global Installs.

An interface, if practical, would fit in the Check For Updates section under Settings.

We have that. It would be interesting if this were part of SKIF, but I don't think it's practical now that I am the only developer working on it.

At best, I think indicating to users who use local injection that this tool exists would be a better use of time.

To add a bit to this, SKIF and SK both already populates the registry with all relevant local DLL files of newer Special K versions.

The plan was for me to develop an interface in SKIF that would automate the update process of all those DLL files, though I never got around to it before leaving the project.

But the building blocks are all there in SKIF already; they just need to be copied and rearranged in the necessary setup, while adding a setting or two to control per-DLL file behavior (to e.g. allow users to opt out from the update).
