How to import date data from excel to database?

i want to import excel to msql. but when i run the code, it shows an error "Invalid datetime format: 1292", the date was not read as date but in 'general' format data. what must i do? please help

You need to convert the excel timestamp to a date: \PhpOffice\PhpSpreadsheet\Shared\Date::excelToDateTimeObject($yourDate)
