The horizontal scroll bar and very long line of code

I'm on the Windows platform.

I found that it's not easy to use this scroll bar. Is it not designed to be dragged manually to the right like traditional Win32 API?

I have to place the mouse pointer on it and use the middle mouse instead?

Note: a scroll-bar drag (left click-hold with mouse point on the scroll bar, then drag).

MMh it works like any other scroll-bar, you can move the slider with mouse down and hold and move, not sure what you're saying. I recommend using Line Wrap though (View -> Line Wrap -> Wrap Mode -> Word Wrap).
