Disable the squares animation when holding Ctrl

To be perfectly blunt, I think this animation is stupid.

It can be disabled in Settings -> Document -> Global Settings -> Allow Flashing Cursor.
I'm wondering how is this bothering you. You literally need to smash ctrl like a maniac 🤣 . I think I'll disable the feature by default anyway, I was testing how long it took until someone complained. That was fast.

@yh15kla9 This feature was bugged on Windows and flashed by just keeping control key down, that's why was crazy annoying, damn, this could has been solved a long time ago if you explained it when you asked here. It's so annoying that I will have to push a new release soon. I should use ecode more frequently on Windows but I really don't use Windows except for testing ecode's Windows bugs.
