Is it possible to disable support for a programming language?

Without having to modify and compile from source? Yes, I know this question is foolish but I'm really curious.

It's not possible, I don't think this also needs any change, initializing all the current supported languages takes around 3 milliseconds. That's why they are all defined in C++ and not an external file, it's really fast and has no IO block.
