Split into multiple repos

I want a kitchen repo and a terraform repo, so that we can have git versions match published versions of each orb

I will create the two repos separately for the kitchen and terraform. How does that sound? @damacus

What you need to do is to go through each and every commit in git history for every branch and filter out commits that modify directories that you dont care about in your new repo. The only flaw of this method is that it will leave those empty, filtered out commits in the history.

Let's create two new repos:

• kitchen-orb & terraform-orb
• Grab the necessary code from this repo for each of those, and make a commit (I don't think we need to worry about transferring commit history)
