GPS500 and RTK2 Output Errors

Some thoughts on why the RTK2 isn't outputting any real data:

• Not enough power over USB-C to drive the GPS500..?
• Someone set the GPS500 or RTK2 to use different formats on the proprietary software, leaving it like that until we get another Windows 10 computer around...
• The GPS500 can't see enough of the sky near the bay, or really anywhere at OU. It might be useful to go to the top of a parking garage or something :)
• When it does get a signal, it may not have enough time to download its cache, so it still never initializes completely.
• The chip(s) may need a firmware update
  • Latest one released in mid-2022
  • Update Notes
  • Thread with download link
• On Windows, the drivers may not be installed

I'd like to test all of these eventually, but the power and configuration parts are the most important to me
