Implement multiple waypoints

Currently, when you try and add more than one waypoint, only one waypoint shows up. However, when you try to remove a waypoint, it registers as there currently being two waypoints on the map, and removes the invisible waypoint first. Ask @carsonburnett for more information. This may or may not be needed depending on user needs on other sub-teams.
