Environment installation error and example runtime error

When I installed the environment, there was a pip error and I couldn't install any packet with pip, I was forced to recompile pip and then shutdown and reuse vagrant reload --provision to get the environment installed, but I had a lot of problems executing the example program, could you give some help?
