Error .... is not a zipfile (ipa)

Hello I have followed the steps and I am still getting an error
Creating the IPA file...

==> Linking tweak SCInsta (arm64)…
==> Generating debug symbols for SCInsta…
==> Signing SCInsta…
Creating the IPA file...
[!] packages/com.burbn.instagram.ipa is not a zipfile (ipa)
[*] extracting ipa..
[*] deleting temporary directory..
Error: Process completed with exit code 1.

Any idea whats causing this? Thanks.

If that doesn't solve it, we go from there!

Thanks. I tried multiple times. It seems it only works if I build it on my pc, not through Git actions .
