Fix TV interface navigation and add virtual keyboard

- Fixed NavigationContext dependency issues preventing useEffect errors
- Added comprehensive white outline focus states for all TV elements
- Removed TVNavbar auto-focus that was causing unwanted page refreshes
- Enhanced TV anime details page with improved arrow key navigation
- Created TVVirtualKeyboard component for TV search functionality
- Updated TV search page with virtual keyboard integration
- Fixed anime card click functionality for proper navigation
- Added complete TV CSS styling replacing styled-jsx
- Improved episode grid navigation between tabs and navbar
- Enhanced D-pad navigation experience across all TV components
