Openflow Quickstarts should support both BYOC and SPCS Deployments

Several of the Quickstarts for Openflow were written from a single deployment perspective, either BYOC or SPCS.
This is confusing for users who may be on the other deployment model, as the networking, authentication, and infrastructure setup requirements are quite different.
