Objects missing for Quickstart

Below objects are missing in the Instructons

Create a new notebok with the following settings
Notebook Location: FS_API_DATABASE, FS_API_SCHEMA
Warehouse: FS_API_WH

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'snowsight'
2. Click on 'calalog' and look for FS_API_DATABASE.
3. The FS_API* objcts are missing.

Expected behavior
The initial steps of object creation should hae the steps to create below objects
