Can the installed_on column on change_history be changed to TIMESTAMP_NTZ without any issues?

Just wondering if the column type of CHANGE_HiSTORY.INSTALLED ON can be changed to TIMESTAMP_NTZ. We are doing a parquet backup of our data to S3 and it doesn't support TIMESTAMP_LTZ columns.

Could you create a view casting the INSTALLED_ON column as TIMESTAMP_NTZ instead of changing the data type of a core object in the schemachange dependency?
