Drag to rearrange doesn't always work

The drag handles are a bit small in hit box, and if you click them whilst your mouse is moving over them they do not register as grabbed. You have to stop, click, then drag, which is annoying and not very fluid

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the exercises screen
2. Quickly Click on the drag handles to rearrange, preferably whilst you mouse is moving
3. the grab animation plays but nothing is grabbed or moved

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

the item is grabbed and moved as per normal

At first glance, it sounds more like a small delay issue rather than a problem with the drag handle itself.
That little moment between the click and the grab might be causing the interaction to feel less fluid.

I've submitted a fix for this issue in PR #165. Let me know if any changes are needed!
