Awakened not working in my end

Hello Guys

I had this issue yesterday and tried to give it a few hours but im still getting the same issue. So when I run the app, I no longer get the usual pop up that says "Awakened poe is running in the background (or somethin)". The app is running in the background but the controls in game arent working shift+ctrl or ctrl+d. I already reinstalled it a few times and by the way im running the 104 version. Still the same issue. Maybe someone got the same issue and can lend me a hand? thank you
