UCR Not detecting inputs/outputs

When I create a profile, I select my input and output device.

For example I have a logitech flight pedals, I generally have them set so that they can be used for coms in arma reforger. However if I press the pedal that should corespond to caps lock on my keyboard nothing happens on the outoput side.

The caps lock light doesn't come on or anything. The keyboard works fine since I am using it to type this, and it worked in the past. It just all of suddenly decided to stop working with UCR.

This plugin https://github.com/snoothy/ucr/wiki/Core_Interception allows you to use keyboards and mice as inputs.
I also have a Logitech piece of hardware (G29) and for it to be recognised by UCR, I have to launch the Logitech Gaming Software app (9.04 as of today). Then you can close this Logitech app and launch UCR and it'll work.
