I created the SafePeek bot to bring the power of URL analysis and safety practices to Discord. I have used a site called GetLinkInfo.com heavily throughout the years. I passed in a URL, which gave the redirects and, at times, the "safety" of the URL via the Google Safe Browsing API. It's an easy-to-use but powerful tool. This bot would not be here without it.

By leveraging the power of slash-create and Cloudflare workers, I could write the bot and deploy it globally quickly. I couldn't have deployed an app like this through traditional tools and infrastructure in 2018/2019 when I first started Discord bot development!
