Add more format overrides for rewards

Currently some flag related rewards and conditions do not have overrides for formatting in flag values. Would be a very useful feature for making more complex NPC logic.

Reward_1_Type Flag_Math
Reward_1_A_ID 26103
Reward_1_B_ID 26104
Reward_1_Operation Addition

For example this could use {0} for flag A and {1} flag B

Out of curiosity, what use do you have in mind?

Making an NPC that gives you random quests from a pool to do on repeat. Want to make it so you can buy an upgrade to the length of the tasks that also gives you more points per task.

Currently my issue with that is I cannot format in length and rewards. I could make 50 copies of the same quests but I'd rather not.

Interesting 👀 IIRC some of these reward types it was hard to predict how the values could be useful in formatting the text
