Add Siren/Hook [ctrl] on/off in Vehicle Event Hook

Basically title. The Hook can't be used for anything, because Activation Event Hook doesn't do anything with Hook, and Siren is not triggered for other players, so Colliders which are moved through animations or other ways don't replicate to other player's on a server (from experience and other people's experience).
Also Hook and Siren can't be used simultaneously, which I understand but that removes the ability to do anything else with the Hook.
I think it is due time for custom keybinds or buttons that you can press or something else because we are running out of options with adding functionalities. UI doesn't feel immersive and there are only so many things like Siren, Headlights, Horns, etc. which you can use for custom functionalities.
