Add new CollisionEventHook for 2D colliders

It will help making better UI's, the event hook will be almost the same as the CollisionEventHook but with the 2D respective functions.

• OnTriggerExit2D

A configurable tag for it will be a nice addition too.

It can have multiple uses, right now, I wanna use it to dynamically load posts on a app I'm working on for a Phone plugin, due loading lot of images at once isn't very client friendly so I'm gonna load the posts as the client scroll and for that I need a way to know when they're reaching the latest posts, so by using the collider and a custom set up, I can count how much posts the player have scrolled through and start loading the next posts.
I can already use the 3D collider but it have some issues, like performance impacts, not detecting fast moving objects even with the continuous detection, and it requires a weird setup to combine 3D and 2D on a canvas that can lend to other issues.
