Wheels with index of 8 and more are not supported (pls fix it already)

Im adressing this issue for a second time actually, and i think it really should be fixed,
first of all because it's a very easy fix,
and second of all because it prevents people from creating vehicles with lots of wheels, like big semi trucks.

This isn't a bug per se, rather, a limitation of the destructible tires at the moment. Newer features like the wheel suspension don't have the 8 wheel limit. In the meantime, one option would be to make the tires non-damageable for a vehicle with more than 8 wheels.
