Thanks for the report! Off the top of my head I suspect this is because certain melees like blowtorches and chainsaws behave differently when attack is held than the other melees. |

It would be a nice quality of life addition. When I wrote the earlier comment I thought I had added an option to repeat using again in the future, but it was actually whether to stop using. This was for holding the input until the action started. For example, when holding attack and waiting for the item to finish equipping. |

When keeping the left/right click down without any weapon equipped you can keep punching until you release the mouse click, this doesn't happen with melee weapons where it would make sense to work in the same way
