Bounce Grenade Idea

The idea is to make a brand new grenade called 'Bounce Grenade" (id 1838) similar to a sticky grenade, however, it will hit an object, only after that will wait a delay of 1-3 seconds and will explode (bounce the player if the player is still around the grenade).

The problem now is this grenade easily can drive down the mountain, I attached the video describing the problem.
