Add Test Coverage

It would be great to add test coverage for the library. For instance, you could introduce something like [Coveralls](https://coveralls.io/) with [Istanbul](https://istanbul.js.org/docs/tutorials/es2015/). This PR makes sense when https://github.com/SmallImprovements/react-redux-composable-list/issues/3 is solved.
