Step 2: Optionally add CIP airway segmentation

By checking "Airway segmentation (CIP)" in the LungCTSegmenter you can automatically segment the airways in the present chest CT.
This functionality is currently implemented by a CLI call to the specialized module of the chest imaging platform (CIP).
All the user has to do is to select the appropriate kernel mode from the dropdown menu:

• "STANDARD": many airway details, but high risk for leaks, frequent need for postprocessing
• "LUNG": fewer airway details and a normal risk of leaks
• "B70f": least details but very leak-resistant
